The hotel is located in the heart of Ennis, making it convenient for exploring the town on foot. The rooms are a bit outdated and can feel stuffy, but opening the window helps. My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean and comfy with plenty of pillows, although lacking coffee/tea facilities. The service provided by Janeene, Gavin, and Evelyn from housekeeping was exceptional. The location was fantastic for exploring Ennis and the neighboring areas, with ample parking available. Despite some dining issues, overall, the experience was positive.

My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were old-fashioned and in need of updating, and the breakfast was disappointing with not-so-fresh sausages and high prices. The lack of entertainment and few guests in the bar made it feel like not the best value for money. However, the location was excellent, right in the town center within walking distance to the train and bus station, ideal for exploring Ennis and nearby attractions.
