Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is located in the heart of Ennis, making it convenient for exploring the town on foot. The rooms are a bit outdated and can feel stuffy, but opening the window helps. The service from the staff was exceptional, going out of their way to assist. The breakfast could be improved with freshly cooked items, but the location near shops and bars is a plus.
My stay at the hotel was delightful! The rooms were clean and comfy with plenty of pillows, although lacking coffee/tea facilities. The service provided by Janeene, Gavin, and Evelyn from housekeeping was exceptional. The location was fantastic for exploring Ennis and the neighboring areas, with ample parking available. Despite some dining issues, overall, the experience was positive.
The hotel is wonderfully located right by the town center, making it perfect for shopping and dining without any noise disturbances. The rooms had a few imperfections like holes in the walls, but overall, they were cozy and had a private bar. Although the service was exceptional with the option for early check-in, some disruptions during meals were a bit distracting. The dining experience was good overall but could have lasted longer. The location gets a solid 9 rating for being conveniently situated in the heart of Ennis, close to all the action but still peaceful.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were old-fashioned and in need of updating, and the breakfast was disappointing with not-so-fresh sausages and high prices. The lack of entertainment and few guests in the bar made it feel like not the best value for money. However, the location was excellent, right in the town center within walking distance to the train and bus station, ideal for exploring Ennis and nearby attractions.
The hotel had some positives like comfortable rooms with tea making facilities for a great night's sleep, but there were some maintenance issues like holes in the walls and spots of mold. Service was a mix of friendliness and indifference. The location was fantastic for exploring the city on foot with ample parking, but standards were not up to par in some aspects. The dining experience had its flaws with greasy breakfast options. Facilities were average.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, making for a pleasant stay. However, the outdated decor was a bit of a letdown. On the upside, the warm evening ambiance was cozy.
